We create targeted W/MBE database to strategically meet the purchasing needs of F1000 and large public companies by leveraging Nomadic Consulting's M&A search capabilities. Working in partnership with our F1000 clients, we identify strategic opportunies for W/MBE that meet diversity spend requirements by key categories of spend. Using our considerable soucing resources, we search the general market and identify a platform company for acquisition, while our Leadership Diversity practic develops an inclusive leadership team to lead the execution team. We ensure that the financing and ownership of the acquisition is properly structured to obtain W/MBE status post-acquisition, while developing a systemetic approach to ensure operational excellence. In addition, we wll make follow-on acquisitions as necessary to quickly bring the new enterprise to scale.
